Tag.

A big THANKS to Claire who tagged me! =]
THE RULES:

1. Link the person that tagged you.
2. Post the rules on your blog.
3. Share six non-important things/habits/quirks about yourself.
4. Tag six random people at the end of your post by linking their blogs.
5. Let each random person know they have been tagged by leaving a comment on their website.

one.
I am completely fascinated with the New Zealand culture and furthermore interested in the Maori people. I swear it’s always a bone-chilling experience with every Maori performance.

[EDIT: I had a thrilling video from the Aotearoa village at the Polynesian Cultural Center in HI., but I guess it was too long for blogger to process. Anyway, look up 'PolyFest '08 Maori Stage' on YouTube if you're interested!]

two.
I’m still obsessed with the Balenciaga Motorcycle City Bag that came out like 10 years ago. I am overcome with jealousy every time I see one.

three.
I openly despise those drop-crotch pants EVERYONE seems to love. Who would’ve thought that a suspended crotch would be so flattering? Drop on …. I guess.

four.
I LOVE to sleep. I would pass up a whole list of things just for some pillow time.

five.
I use dictionary.com religiously, especially when I’m writing for a post.

six.
I WILL NEVER BE SATISFIED.

I know I'm supposed to tag six people, but I'm going to make my own rules and leave it open to anyone who wants to do it! Haha talk about rebellious. Oh and if I did tag you, then DO IT! I actually started then made an executive decision to leave it open.

The Black Canvas.

I'm not quite sure how to describe this.

Bird's Nest.

This is what I look like with a clean cut; No. 2 on top and No. 1 on the sides to be exact:

And of course you know the atrocity that is my hair now. But it is only an atrocity because it is unrefined. What I want it to become is this (the guy's do of course):

or maybe even this:

Somehow I want the whole middle section of hair on my head to be erect. Haha, erect. I actually want the length of the erection to be atleast six inches, naturally. Oh my I'm quite descriptive tonight. But hopefully you get the picture. Anyway, my dilemma is the length of my hair currently is maybe three inches and as I said before I want it longer, but should I let it grow out and then cut it, or cut it now and shape it with future haircuts? What do you hair experts think? I'm VERY indecisive.

A Revolutionary Race.

Well girls, it's been a historic election and evermore a historic win! I'm watching McCain's speech now, and I truly commend him in his genuine words in congratulating Obama. I hope you're all ready for a brand new day.

Balenciaga Spotting.

I finally found the stills of Lindsay Lohan in Balenciaga on the set of Ugly Betty. Well I think I'm more excited to see them more than anyone else mainly because it's nice to see a designer's work appreciated beyond the norm of the exclusive fashion circle.

She wears a Balenciaga SS08 top and a Hervé Léger by Max Azria FW 08 dress. The shoes look annoyingly familiar, but I can't identify them. Princess points for whoever does.

Fierce, no?
I'm glad Ugly Betty's costume designer Eduardo Castro used the top for the episode's outdoor scenes, because this is what it looks like on the runway in an enclosed area:

The vividity of the top's color under the sun is much more appealing than the washed-out runway look. I think it's so important to showcase statement pieces to their highest degrees, especially when you're wearing Balenciaga. Anyway, I hope this post was as impressionable for you as it was enjoyable for me to compose.

Chopped & Screwed.

HECKKKAA obsessed with T-Pain's & Luda's "Chopped & Screwed." Geeze, talk about Cali slang, and homeboy doesn't even live there. Oh well, some things are worth biting.

Today in church, my Chaplin focused his homily on what happens next after this physical life on earth, eventually discussing our ultimate happiness being shared with God in Heaven. Though I see myself as a somewhat-devout Catholic, I couldn't keep focus on the topic but thought further and wondered if I do make it to my ultimate happiness with God (as I intend to), do I live with him and his people forever, for all of eternity? I mean, what is life after death? I certainly don't question my church's teachings, however I am a very inquisitive person, and I just want to know what's in store for me. Thinking about the future of our world and who knows, the worlds proceeding us is quite frightening to me, but naturally, the future of this lifetime, of my lifetime is accordingly unknown. I just pray to God that I'm ready for anything.
